Information we don't collect

What's My Tip runs entirely client-side. Every number you enter — bill totals, tip percentages, party size, guest names in Group Split — is calculated in your browser and is never transmitted to a server, stored in a database, or linked to you in any way. Closing or refreshing the page clears everything. There's no account system, so there's no account data to protect or lose.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This is sometimes called personalized or interest-based advertising.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
